Clan Booth Registration
Info for Clans
Cost: $20/10×10 space
Registration deadline: Friday, April 19th, 2024
Check-in: Please check in at the north entrance tent (follow the check-in signs) to obtain the location of your space.
Setup: Clans may set up their spaces on:
- Friday, May 3rd (12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m)
- Saturday, May 4th (6:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. before festival opening at 9:00 a.m.).
Tear-down: For clans that need to tear-down prior to sunset, tear-down may begin at 7:45 p.m. Others may tear-down after festival hours end on Saturday, May 4th, at 9:00 p.m.
Tickets: Two (2) festival entry tickets are provided with registration.
Hotel Stay: If a hotel stay is needed, a block of rooms is available at:
